About

Nairn County Cricket Club (NCCC) was founded to enable competitive cricket to be played in Nairn. The club welcomes members from the surrounding area.

Nairn has several squads including: Senior XI; Reserve XI; Under 16; and Under 13 teams.

Senior training is at Nairn Links every Tuesday and Thursday. Junior training is held on Wednesday nights from 6pm by our Junior Convenor.

History

Nairn have been a member club in the North of Scotland Cricket Association since it was formed in 1893.

At the present time, the Senior League comprises of the four founder members (Northern Counties, Nairn County, Forres St. Lawrence and Elgin), Buckie C.C. (1927), Ross County (1948), Highland (1957), Fochabers (1958) and Fort William

Squads

The Senior XI also compete in the annual Knock-Out Cup, along with the 20/20 tournament introduced in 2006.

Nairn's Reserve XI play in the Reserve League, Knock-Out Cup, 20/20 and the Reserve Sevens tournament (2010 Champions)

Nairn also have two thriving Junior squads who play in various competitions throughout the North of Scotland and those looking to step up a level are warmly welcomed into the Reserve XI.
